Each dried sea moss order is individually packaged and made to order for each customer. We inspect our sea moss thoroughly to maintain the integrity and nutritional value of this superfood.

Dried Sea Moss has a 6 month shelf life.

Directions to make 20-32oz gel:

• Place 1oz (28g) Raw Sea Moss in a bowl and fill with at least 10 cups of water until sea moss is fully covered. Sea Moss expands 5x its size.

• Cover bowl and  let sit for 4 hours.  Add 1/4 lime or lemon, squeeze juice into water (this helps remove excess salt deposits and any lingering sea odor) 

• Drain Sea Moss and rinse thoroughly, add to blender

• Add roughly 2 cup filtered water and blend until smooth (1-2min). If too thick slowly add more water for desired texture. 

• Place gel in a sealed container and refrigerate. Gel will thicken after 2-3 hours. Once thickened enjoy serving size of 1-2 tbsp daily

There are many ways to consume and use it for its health benefits. Add it to your favorite smoothies, teas, protein shakes, dip, soups, and more. You can also use it as a face mask for more immediate effects on your skin.

Orders will ship within 2-4 business days, except for Pre-orders. We primarily use USPS for all shipments and lead time is between 3-7 days depending on state.

Orders placed after March 15th will begin shipping on April 7th.
