Directions to Make 16–20 oz Sea Moss Gel:

• Rinse 1 oz (28g) of dried sea moss thoroughly to remove any debris. Place in a bowl and cover with at least 10 cups of filtered water. (Sea moss expands up to 5x its size.)

• Add the juice of ½ a lime or lemon to the water. This helps remove excess salt and neutralize ocean odor.

• Cover and let soak at room temperature for 6–10 hours.

• Drain and rinse the sea moss again. Add to a blender.

• Blend with ~2 cups of filtered water until smooth (1–2 minutes). Add more water as needed to reach your desired consistency.

• Store gel in a sealed container and refrigerate. Can also be frozen for longer storage. Gel will thicken in 2–3 hours.

• Recommended serving: 1–2 tablespoons daily.

Our dried sea moss is shelf stable and does not require refrigeration. Store in a cool, dry place.
