Shipping Policy

We prepare our sea moss gel in small, fresh batches to ensure quality and potency. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days from the time they are placed.

 

We ship primarily via USPS, with delivery times ranging from 3–7 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Because our product is perishable once opened, we recommend refrigerating it as soon as it arrives.

Refund Policy

If you have any issues with your order, please contact Customer Care by emailing IsleOfSpiceSeaMoss@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.  As sea moss is a perishable superfood we do not accept returns. 

We are happy to resolve any issues and provide a replacement for any damaged or lost item.  If this happens, please email a picture of the damaged item along with order number for tracking verification. A replacement order will be sent within 1-3 business days of receipt.
