Shipping Policy
Our Sea Moss Gel is made to order and will ship within 2-4 business days. We primarily use USPS for all shipments and lead time is between 3-7 days depending on state.
Refund Policy
If you have any issues with your order, please contact Customer Care by emailing IsleOfSpiceSeaMoss@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. As sea moss is a perishable superfood we do not accept returns.
We are happy to resolve any issues and provide a replacement for any damaged or lost item. If this happens, please email a picture of the damaged item along with order number for tracking verification. A replacement order will be sent within 1-3 business days of receipt.
